Dentures are not the only option for replacing missing teeth. With dental implants, you can customise your smile to include single or multiple replacement teeth.

Dental implants can be used to replace a missing natural tooth/teeth. A dental-grade titanium post/fixture is used to replace a lost tooth root. After the implant has healed and integrated with the bone, a beautiful prosthetic tooth is placed on it to complete your smile.

Why dental implants?
Implants serve a variety of purposes. As a result of thirty years of academic and clinical experience and well-documented examples, dental implants are routinely used to replace missing teeth in the mouth. Dentures can be replaced with implants – the closest thing you can get to a natural tooth. As opposed to dental bridges, it does not rely on neighbouring teeth for support.
Digital Workflows and Guided Implant Surgery
We make use of CBCT, digital scanners and CAD/CAM for truly bespoke and accurate implant solutions. Digital technologies allow for custom-built guide templates that aid in risk reduction and improved healing for patients.
All-on-Four/All-on-Six Same Day Teeth
Replace a tooth in an arch or a group of teeth using these implants. Many treatments can be completed the same day and used right away. There are numerous benefits to All-on-Four/All-on-Six, such as faster healing and a greater success rate in treating entire arches without bone grafting.
Implant Retained Dentures
Implant retained dentures may be a great option for those accustomed to dentures, but who desire more stability. Dentures connected to implants are called implant-retained dentures, which function like pop buttons in that they keep dentures in place as you go about your day. Implants are especially helpful for dentures with low suction and retention.
Single Tooth Implants
Implants like these replace a single missing tooth. Single tooth implants may be the ideal option for patients that would rather not replace their lost teeth with a bridge or denture. Implants may be augmented in the future if adjacent teeth are lost without requiring further surgery.
Bone Grafting
Bone serves as the foundation for a dental implant. For a dental implant to be successful and long-lasting, there must be enough bone mass in the jaw for placement. We can conduct bone graft surgery when there is insufficient bone to successfully place an implant. Bone grafts broaden and heighten the bone at the implant location (where the implant needs to be placed.)
Immediate Implants
Where possible, we seek to provide same-day implants. These immediate implants are placed on the same day that the natural tooth is removed – cutting out months of healing time and potential bone loss.
A dental implant is a titanium root replacement that is inserted into the jaw bone and used to support an artificial tooth. When insufficient tooth remains to predictably restore a tooth, a dental implant is often a better option. Dental implants can also be used to support dentures. In some cases, several dental implants can be used to support a large bridge replacing all the teeth in the mouth.

Prices range from £1600 to £2500 per dental implant (including crown). We offer discounts for multiple implants. The approximate time frame depends on healing times and the severity of the case however normally ranges between 3-9 months. Good oral hygiene is imperative in the long term maintenance of dental implants.

Dr Vipul Patel is a highly-skilled dentist in the UK. He completed his dental training at the University of Liverpool in 2004, and over the years he has completed numerous post-graduate courses in restorative and cosmetic dentistry as well as orthodontics.
Having studied extensively at postgraduate level he is focused on utilising his skill set to provide advanced cosmetic dentistry and implant surgery. In addition, as a Gold Invisalign provider Vipul can offer orthodontic treatments for complex cases and anything up to full arch implants.
As part of his quest to keep learning and improving his skills, Vipul has travelled widely to study with some of the great dentists from around the globe.
