We offer all dental services. Where we cannot offer at our practice we will refer you to the specialist concerned.
Creating beautiful smiles in Harefield
We provide a large range of dental services including routine work such as examinations, fillings both basic and cosmetic, root fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns and bridges. We also provide specialist and cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening, veneers, smile makeovers, teeth straightening including Invisalign and Inman Aligner Therapy and Implants.
NHS treatment is undertaken by all of our dentists. Registration for NHS treatment is no longer valid and you can get NHS treatment as long as we have the capacity for that year. We are also happy to see children on the NHS as we believe it is important to start a preventative dental care routine early in life.
Our dentists also undertake private dental treatment. Patients already seen on the NHS may wish to mix some private treatment with their NHS treatment, for example cosmetic treatment which may not be available through the health service.

We are committed to quality and excellence and we have management systems which ensure that we deliver quality service consistently. Our patients are very important to us and we regularly ask for your views on our service. We will discuss and agree with you your treatment and the costs and will keep you informed should there be any changes to the proposed treatment.

Emergencies & out of hours
We will always try to see you as soon as we possibly can on the same day if possible. The sooner that you are able to call, the more chance there is of an early appointment, so please do not delay.
Once you have made an appointment, you may wish to take a suitable painkiller to help relieve the pain until we can see you.

At Village Dental Practice we know that most people feel a little uncomfortable at the thought of a visit to the dentist. Please let us know of any deep-seated fears or upsetting past experiences so that we can help you. From small procedures such as routine examinations and dental scaling to other more involved procedures such as fillings, tooth whitening or extractions, we can help.

We do have staff that speak other languages across our practices. A language interpreter is also available by prior arrangement if necessary.

We would like to reassure patients that high standards of practice hygiene are maintained.
We would like to reassure our patients that all necessary precautions are taken to safeguard both patients and staff against cross infection.
Our staff have been trained to maintain the highest standard of hygiene in every aspect of the practice.
Disposable items are used wherever possible and all dental instruments and handpieces are sterilised at a very high temperature in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Fees & Payments
We are happy to accept most methods of payment, including major credit cards.
Some patients are entitled to free NHS dental treatment or help towards the cost. Please ask the receptionist for details or you can email us.
If you are worried about the cost of dental treatment or find any point about charges difficult to understand, please ask the receptionist or you can email us.
We also offer our patients the chance to join our Practice Membership Plan which is a monthly payment based on the condition or your teeth and gums and enables you to spread payments for your routine dental care and includes insurance against accidental damage to your teeth.
